Simple Android Notifications for Unity provides you a simple way to create local notifications for your games and apps. The plugin supports Android 4.1 and later and is compatible with all Unity versions. In recent update we've added new Android Oreo features support. You can play demo scene to check notifications on your device.
IMPORTANT! Android 13 requires "android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS" to show notifications. You can only ask for this permission when you Target API Level >= 33. When your app targets lower SDK, OS asks for permission automatically, your app can't do that, best it can do is to open the settings page for itself.
